If an exchange is requested, we reserve the right to send an acceptable replacement or refund your money if an acceptable replacement is unavailable. The items must be returned as they were sent to you—in the original packaging and original condition. Due to insurance restrictions, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning any items for refund or exchange. We will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged product back to you. The decision to refund or replace your item will be at the sole discretion of Ocean State Coin.

Ocean State Coin prides itself on providing the most up-to-date pricing for you. Occasionally, we make mistakes, and there may be a typographical or pricing error. Under these rare circumstances, Ocean State Coin retains the right to cancel or refund an order.

Please note that Ocean State Coin will handle International requests on a case-by-case basis due to the cost of International shipping.
